Dear Sir/Madam Suppliers of services and products to KEW Foundries forms an integral part of our Quality Management System and ability to meet the expectations of our customers. Supplier performance is measured based on the number of orders placed on the supplier and the ability of the supplier to deliver goods or services as per the order.

This is measured by penalising the supplier for every order where a non-compliance was reported in terms of the following: – On time delivery – Product or Service Quality – Documentation (Missing or incorrect) It is expected from suppliers to achieve at least a rating of 85% unless otherwise advised.

Where a need has been identified for formal investigation and corrective action to address poor performance, KEW Foundries will request it specifically by issuing a Non-conformance.
