Details about High Wear Plate Liners

Situated in Kimberley we have a range of options for lining including the cut thereof by means of our CNC plasma division:

• High Brinell strength plate with a nominal hardness of 60 HRC (Rockwell) and typical hardness of 650-700 HBW
• Wear plates comprise a base plate of construction steel and a wear resistant coating applied by arc welding, offering exceptional resistance to abrasive wear. Also known as “Over-lay” plate.
• Tube 500 – Abrasion-resistant tubes for extreme performance and extended service life, as hard and tough as our wear plates, offer outstanding performance when you need both high wear resistance and a lighter product.
• HiTemp wear palte that can take the heat – it is a wear plate that provides a cost-efficient solution for wear resistance at high temperatures in the 300–500°C range (570–930°F).
• Hi wear round bars are versatile, ready-to-use, abrasion-resistant steels that combine high toughness, good bendability and good weld ability. They come in diameters between 40 and 100 mm and lengths up to 5000 mm, and feature the same guaranteed properties as the wear plate.
• Rubber-back liners are manufactured from durable polyurethane, rubber with a metal back fusion for installation onto steel chutes.
